Sexual Assault - McKee Rd.

The Madison Police Department and Crime Stoppers need your help in identifying a suspect in a stranger sexual assault.

On Tuesday, May 13th, Madison Police responded to the area of McKee Rd and Stonecreek Drive for a sexual assault.

At 1:30pm the victim was sexually assaulted in her home by an unknown assailant.

The victim was surprised by the attacker as she entered her attached  garage. She was forced back into her home and sexually assaulted.

The suspect is described as a black male, 20-30 years old, 170 lbs, 5’06” to 6’00”, wearing a white hooded sweatshirt.

Homicide Investigation - Julia Majette

The Madison Police Department and Crime Stoppers need your help in identifying suspects in an unsolved homicide investigation.

June 12 marks one year since the murder of Julia S Majette.

On Wednesday, June 12, at 7:50pm, two black male suspects entered the duplex located at 732 North Thompson Road. Julia Majette was shot and killed.

Retail Theft - Mineral Point Rd. 8/14

The Madison Police Department and Crime Stoppers need your help in identifying suspects in a retail theft.

On Wednesday, August 14 at 2:00pm, the Madison Police responded to a report of a retail theft at TQ Diamonds located at 7058 Mineral Point Rd. 

As the two suspects entered the store one suspect in a dark hoodie acted as if he was interested in purchasing a ring. The other suspect in a grey hoodie wandered around the store, pacing back and forth. The grey hoodie suspect blocked the view of another employee as the suspect in the dark hoodie grabbed the diamond rings and left the store

After the suspects fled the store it was discovered that 10 diamond rings worth about $10,000.00 were stolen.

The suspects are described as black males, 20s, average build, wearing blue jeans and hoodies.

Armed Robbery - Northport Drive 8/19/13

The Madison Police Department and Crime Stoppers need your help in identifying a suspect in a Robbery.

On Monday, August 19 at 12:50 am, the Madison Police responded to a report of an armed robbery at the PDQ Food Store at 1434 Northport Dr. The suspect entered the store and demanded money from the clerk. The suspect implied that he had a weapon, but no weapon was seen. He left the store with an undisclosed amount of money. The clerk was not injured.

The suspect is described at a black male, 20's, 5'10-5'11, medium build, tight braids, beard/moustache, wearing dark colored pants, a white t-shirt, black Nike gloves and blue athletic shoes.

Suspect Description:

  • White male, 35-45 years old
  • 5'6" to 5'10", Medium buil
  • Brown mustache and blue/gray eye

Last seen wearing:

  • Hunter green/black Columba-type jacket
  • Faded blue jeans, frayed at cuff
  • Older white tennis shoe

Vehicle description:

  • May be operating a pewter gray full-size Chevy pickup with diamond plate tool box in the back.

Pharmacy Robberies

The Madison Police Department and Crime Stoppers need your help in identifying suspects in the Robbery of several Walgreens.

Starting November 19th, 2012 there has been seven robberies in the Dane county area, with the last robbery occurring February 6, 2013.

The suspect enters Walgreens with his face covered by a hat and or a hood. He proceeds to the pharmacist. He then demands OxyContin.  

In one robbery he demanded OxyContin and inferred he had a weapon. In the last robbery he entered the Walgreens located at 2121 South Park Street where he passed a note demanding OxyContin.

The suspect is described as a white male, 20-30 years old, 5’7”- 6’00”, 160-170 lbs.

Homicide Suspect - Logan C. Anderson

Anderson is wanted for his involvement in the homicide of Jonathan T Wilson.  Wilson was killed on October 20th, 2011.

The shooting occurred on Troy Drive near Vera Court.

Anderson is 20  years old, 5’11”, 230 lbs

Death Investigation - Aryle J. Dahlke

On Sunday January 20th, at 7:30pm, Madison Police Department responded to the report of a man down in 2000 block of Portage Road. Dahlke was found lying in traffic.

Theft - S. Owen Drive

The Madison Police Department and Crime Stoppers need your help in identifying suspects in a Theft.

On Friday, November 2nd, 2012, 7:45pm, two suspects were captured on video stealing a coat.

The suspects entered the Church located at 401 South Owen Drive without coats and appear to have planned on stealing property. 

The suspects entered the church at the start of the service and were alone in the hall near the coats.  The female suspect looked through several coats before picking a ¾ length wool coat.

White male and female, average build, between 20 – 25 years of age.

Strong Armed Robbery

The Madison Police Department and Crime Stoppers need your help in identifying suspects in a Strong Armed Robbery.

On Friday, January 11, 2013, 11:50pm, officers responded to West Badger Road and South Park Street for the report of a victim that had been attacked by four suspects.

The victim was hit by what appeared to be a golf club.  Suspects fled the area and the victim needed medical attention.  

One of the suspects appears to be a female.

The victim was unable to provide any further description of the suspects.
